The Skywatch® BL500 is a portable, state-of-the-art weather station that precisely measures wind speed, temperature, humidity, air pressure and UV radiation, and transmits it to the smartphone via Bluetooth. For many outdoor activities, such as paragliding, kitesurfing, trekking, golf, etc., the weather is crucial for good luck. The new Skywatch®BL from JDC Electronic SA allows anyone to get the weather information needed to reach their goals. The mobile weather station Skywatch®BL 500 is equipped with Bluetooth and a specially developed application for mobile devices, thus ensuring compatibility with all smartphones (and tablets) available on the market.
To make using Skywatch®BL as versatile as possible, the mobile device application is not limited to capturing current weather data. It is indeed possible to turn on a tracking system and store the automatic measurements at selected intervals. This allows the user to understand the change in the various weather conditions during a flight, a hike or a sports activity.
In the age of constant Internet use and the need for exchange of experiences with friends or other passionate users, the Skywatch®BL enables users to share the recorded data directly with others on social networks.
